When I met with Steve to discuss this presentation, I was impressed with his passion and commitment to helping people connect to this important work—actively exploring ways to engage our hearts and minds in our lives.
His life was deeply transformed through a practice known as the 5 Dimensions of the Heart, which he will share with us in this presentation.
As coaches, this insight and tool can offer enormous value to our clients and ourselves.
Experience firsthand this unique approach to exploring how we can better integrate our hearts into our lives and make our lives and our world a better place for us all.
We hope you will join us for this impactful edition of the Expert Series, a benefit of membership in the Mindful Coach Association.
